SHT4505The microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo testing machine adopts a dual space oil cylinder downward structure.This testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, shear and other tests of metal materials;The space between the test bench and the lower crossbeam is a compression space, which can realize compression, bending, shear and other tests on the specimen; The space between the lower crossbeam and the upper crossbeam is for tensile testing of the specimen.This testing machine can achieve tests such as equal rate loading, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement, and can achieve three-stage control of force, deformation, and displacement in one test, with smooth transitions between each control.
Equipment function:
1: Metal tensile test: meets the requirements of GB/T 228.1-2010 for metal tensile testing.
2: The electrical system has three control modes: force control, deformation control, and displacement control. During the testing process, the three control modes can be smoothly switched according to the set program
3: The software can automatically calculate ReH (upper yield strength), ReL (lower yield strength), Rp0.2 (specified non proportional tensile strength), Rt0.5 (specified total tensile strength)、Rm (tensile strength), E (elastic modulus) and other parameters.
4: Users can configure additional fixtures to complete other standard specified tests.
5: It can achieve equal rate loading test, constant rate displacement test, constant rate deformation test, and test force retention test.
